Bank of Asia has been established in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") to address the growing needs of offshore companies, their owners and other multinational conglomerates.

We are licensed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission ("BVI FSC") and are domiciled in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI"). Our digital platform will enable account opening to be done anywhere in the world with a smart device or computer. There are currently only 8 banks licensed in the BVI and this is the first time in over 20 years that a banking license has been granted by the BVI FSC.

Our core value is to have a robust Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") regime leveraging on cutting edge technology and big data which enable us to get accounts opened quickly and efficiently for those who satisfy our robust KYC/AML requirements. Through our Hong Kong affiliates and group of companies, we are also building best-in-class wealth management platform to provide our customers with securities and foreign exchange, margin financing and wealth management services at competitive rates.

The circle in our logo represents the globe in which the Bank of Asia plays an integral part of its financial growth. The different layers of interlocking bars indicate security and close relationship while forming an abstract Chinese character (亞) that means Asia. While our focus is on offshore companies based in China and other parts of Asia, we believe in inclusivity and welcome other customers.
