Yau Yiu Lam

Mr. Yau Yiu Lam, is the Company Secretary and Financial Controller of Hong Kong listed Crazy Sports Group Limited. He has about 32 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management. Before he joined the Company, he was the Financial Controller and the Company Secretary of Zhong An Group Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange, from October 2008 to December 2016. Mr. Lam is also an independent non-executive director of Veson Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange. He holds a Master degree of Business Administration and a Master degree of Science in Information Systems Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor degree of Accounting from City University of Hong Kong. He is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
